Bernard Grech has unveiled what he calls a bold plan to formulate a strategy with which to create a proposal, should he be elected as the new Nationalist Party leader.
Grech announced the plan this afternoon during an interview on NET TV.
“I’m delighted to tell you that, following weeks of hard work and all-nighters, my advisors and I have put together a bold plan that maps out a path towards the development of a strategy that will lead to the creation of a proposal,” Grech said.
Grech said the plan consisted of brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and pacing up and down a corridor while stroking his chin.
“The next phase will be to nominate a member of my staff to book the focus groups. We will be voting on that tomorrow, after which I will personally be carrying out an assessment on various corridors to find the one best suited to pacing.”
Asked what the proposal would be, Grech said:
“Well, obviously we don’t know yet. That’s the whole point of the strategy, for which we have a plan. You can’t rush these things.”
Grech noted that he had previously used the same idea of planning to come up with a strategy to create a proposal when it came to paying his taxes.
“And I think we can all agree that worked out pretty well,” he said.
