A Maltese conspiracy theorist is panicking after his kettle started emitting what he believes are chemtrails.

Kenneth Bezzina, 39, from Paola, said he had recently purchased the stovetop kettle from a leading home goods store.

“I got rid of my electric kettle after I realised that agents working for George Soros had broken into my home and planted a 5G microchip in an attempt to take control my mind. So I decided to go analogue,” Bezzina explained.
