Nicholas Calleja, 22, from Zabbar, told Bis-Serjetà he realised he didn’t like manual cars when he was in his late teens.
“I guess it started when a friend let me drive his automatic Toyota Vitz one time while I was learning on a manual. I was just experimenting, you know. It felt a bit weird at first, but it soon became clear this wasn’t just an auto-curious phase. It felt more natural, more comfortable, more ‘me’,” Calleja said.
