Neville Gafa begins new job as Keith Schembri’s maid

Former OPM official Neville Gafa has started a new job as Keith Schembri’s maid.

Gafa today left his unspecified post at the Office of the Prime Minister after his contract was not renewed by the incoming administration.

He will now reunite with Joseph Muscat’s chief of staff at Schembri’s villa in Santa Marija Estate in Mellieħa, where he will serve as his servant.

“I’m excited to begin this new chapter in my life, and also to remain close to my boo thang Keith,” Gafa wrote on Facebook.

“I often used to clean up after him in Castille – taking things to the shredder and the incinerator – so I’m delighted I now get to do it all day in an official capacity.”

Asked by Bis-Serjetà if he was made to wear a French maid costume and wig by Schembri, Gafa replied:

“No, that was my choice. It makes me feel empowered.”
