A piece of cloth is Malta’s biggest priority right now, it has emerged.
The news comes as a piece of cloth was today combined with another piece of cloth to create another, apparently controversial piece of cloth.
Members of parliament and the general public voiced their anger about the piece of cloth.
“I never speak out about the hundreds of people who die in the Mediterranean while in search of a better life, or about the uglification of Malta, or about people not being able to afford the cost of living even though they work three jobs. But when someone messes with the piece of cloth, you’re damn right I’ll be vocal about it,” cloth lover Simon Cassar told Bis-Serjetà.
“If migrants and trees were wrapped in the Maltese flag I’d definitely care more,” said Nationalist MP Edwin Vassallo.
