Robert Abela has promised not to give advice to the public if Chris Fearne unties him.
Last week, the Prime Minister urged the public to go out for walks, a message that seemed to go against the advice of the health authorities to stay indoors as much as possible.
Since then, Abela has not given any interviews, prompting people to wonder where he was.
It now transpires that the Prime Minister was bound and gagged by Health Minister Fearne – aided by Professor Charmaine Gauci – and held captive in a garage in an undisclosed location.
“This morning when I removed the cloth from his mouth to feed him, he begged me to untie him. I asked him if he planned on contradicting me again, and he promised he wouldn’t. So I said I’d think about it,” Fearn said.
“I’m inclined to think he’s learned his lesson. A whole week without access to a mirror in which he can check himself out has almost broken him mentally. But if he decided to be a silly boy and go rogue, then I won’t hesitate to black-bag him and send him to Libya.”
At the time of writing, ONE TV have just announced that Abela will be giving an interview later this evening during the station’s news program. Minister Fearne will reportedly be standing off-camera while holding a pair of alligator clips attached to a car battery.
