Sandro Chetcuti, Andre Callus go home for long, thoughtful shower after agreeing with each other

Following their joint appearance on last Thursday’s episode of Xtra – during which they repeatedly agreed with each other – MDA chairman Sandro Chetcuti and Moviment Graffitti activist Andre Callus returned to their respective homes for a long, pensive shower to process what had just happened.

The pair, who were on journalist and angry walrus Saviour Balzan’s show to discuss the controversial Corinthia land deal, found themselves on the same side of the argument multiple times.

Later, they both claimed this left them feeling “very weird and a little bit dirty.”

“After the show ended I walked out of the studio feeling dazed and confused. I got into my Ferrari and headed back to my villa, taking a long route so I could just drive and clear my head, you know?” Chetcuti told Bis-Serjetà

“When I arrived I still hadn’t come to terms with the way I had seen eye to eye with that filthy dreadlocked hippie,” he said.

Chetcuti went on to describe how he stumbled into his house-sized walk-in shower, lathered himself with diamond-laced soap and then spent hours staring blankly at one of the gold-plated bathroom walls.

Callus, who was visibly disturbed throughout the episode, told a similar story.

“After the show ended I walked out of the studio feeling dazed and confused. I got into my Beetle and headed back to my commune, taking a long route so I could just drive and clear my head, you know?” he said.

“When I arrived I still hadn’t come to terms with the way I had seen eye to eye with that greedy motherfucker.”

Callus went on to describe how he stumbled into his shower-sized shower, lathered himself with vegan soap and then spent hours staring blankly at one of the hemp-covered walls.

The deal in question involves the transfer of land at St George’s Bay from the government to the Corinthia Group for just €17 million, a deal which Satan himself has described as “a little bit dodgy.”
